Q: Who drives the trolleys?
A: We have qualified, friendly drivers to chauffeur your party around the city. All of our bus drivers have a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) Class B or higher with a Passenger endorsement.
Q: Are beverages and food allowed on the trolleys?
A: Absolutely! You are welcome to bring a cooler with alcohol, water, or any beverage of your choice for your guests.
Q: How do you charge your rental rates?
A: We charge by the hour with a 2-hour minimum. On Friday and Saturday afternoons, we have a 3-hour minimum. We do not charge by the number of people onboard.
Q: Are there special rates for a full day rental?
A: Yes, please email us how many hours you would like to book and we will provide you with a custom quote.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept credit cards and debit cards via Paypal.
Q: Can I play music on the sound system during the trolley ride?
A: Yes, please bring any type of smart phone or iPod and we have a cable to connect your device to our speaker system.
Q: Can I decorate the trolley?
A: Yes, contact us and we will work with you to set up signage/decorations for your ride.
Q: Do the trolleys operate year-round?
A: Yes, our trolleys love all seasons and have air conditioning and heating.
Q: What is the maximum number of passengers?
A: The maximum number of passengers we can carry on one trolley is 34 people. Please see Our Trolleys for more information.
Q: Are the trolleys safe?
A: Yes, our trolleys are very safe and pass NY DOT inspections regularly.
Q: Where can I travel to?
A: We can pick you up and drop you off anywhere you like. We travel in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
Q: How many stops can we make on the trolley?
A: You can make as many stops as you like on your ride.
Q: Can the trolley travel on highways and expressways?
A: Yes, except for Parkways. Additionally, the trolley travels at a slower speed so we like to allow a little more time than if you were driving a car.
